Returns

Our policy lasts 2 days since delivery. If 2 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a exchange.

To be eligible for a return, you must have proof that the item is in damaged or defective condition when it is received by you, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You must have proof that the item is in damaged or defective condition when it is received by you. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hiamvanbeauty74@gmail.com and send your item.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 493/B/16 G.T.Road, Vikram Vihar, Shibpur, Howrah - 711 102.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

We recommend using trackable shipping method. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
